1. The service
TCGyard is an app for scanning, cataloging and tracking trading card collections, together with this website. By using them you agree to these terms.
2. Prices are estimates
Card values shown in the app are reference estimates built from market data. They are provided for tracking purposes only and are not an offer to buy or sell, an appraisal, or financial advice. Always verify prices independently before trading.
3. Your data
Your collection data is stored on your device and belongs to you. You are responsible for keeping backups (the app provides CSV export). We are not liable for data loss on your device.
4. Intellectual property
Trading card games, card artwork, names and logos are the property of their respective owners, including Nintendo, The Pokémon Company, Wizards of the Coast, Konami, Bandai and Disney. TCGyard is an independent product and is not affiliated with, endorsed or sponsored by any of them. Card images are shown for identification purposes.
5. Acceptable use
Don't reverse engineer, resell or abuse the service, and don't use it in violation of applicable law.
6. Warranty & liability
The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the past twelve months.
7. Changes
We may update these terms; material changes will be announced in the app or on this site. Continued use after changes means acceptance.
